I am leaving my teaching position in a week and half.

From next Monday, a new teacher who is going to look after my students after my leaving is going to join us. To be honest, I am REALLY anxious about this, so are my students.

A new Teacher! New Troubles! Abort abort!!

The new teacher just started her job four months ago.

I hear that she should be all right with teaching the class, but my concern is whether or not she would be able to deal with a few obnoxious and peevish students.

In addition, there are only boys.

Some of them definitely won`t listen to her...I`ve gotta come up with some ideas or techniques to make them calm and stay silent. I hope she will have guts to be confident, keep them concentrated, and shut them up if she has to.
