Hej Hej (like Danish people say) everyone! Sorry that I had not been able to post anything last one week.
As I wrote in the previous entry, summer vacation has begun. Since I am not taking any summer classes this summer, it's been pretty relaxing and calm. I love not having any HW to worry about.
I came back to school last Tuesday with my friend, who is now my roommate. I'm very surprised by the fact that we are finally rooming together because last two years, we'd never taken any class together or been roommates. Although we have lived together in the same house, I am feeling weird having him around in the same room. I like it though.
My training as an orientation leader started on Thursday, and it's been pretty good. I love learning new things about our college and getting ready to help out transfer and freshmen students at orientations. Orientations will start on next Wednesday, so I am pumped now!
Today (as of Saturday May 26th) my friends and I went to New Port, Rhode Island. It's a place where one can go sightseeing, eat yammy lobsters (I guess), and have an awesome time at the beach. Our purpose of going there was to go see historical mansions along the cliff walk. THere are private mansions as well but are also ones owned by public as historical places. It's a nice place to go for a walk especially in the summer. You should check it out if you'd love to come to New England for a trip or something.
I'll post some pictures from out little drive to New Port soon too. Well hopefully I'll write soon!!
