上の娘の夜の通院向けの、2人分のお弁当。
給食の代替品の自家製ケーキ(これは失敗しちゃって写真なしです)。

卵+牛乳ともに厳禁な下の娘の、丸1日分(3食分)まかなえるお弁当・・・(実際ちょこちょこつまめる物で終わったけど・・・)
---これらが3連チャンで続いた先週末、心身限界でした。
「食べ物アレルギーでも、食べる楽しみを味わえるように」と願い、あれこれ食材を探索しながら、そしてレシピに試行錯誤しながら励んできましたが・・・
私、まだまだ全然甘いなあ
---て思いました。
「マクロビオティックダイエット」をしみじみ見たら。
きっかけは、小学校の保健室の先生が紹介してくださった自然食品店、「ミレット」のサイト。
サイト内の「Way to Health」のコーナーに、凍りました。
アレルギーとかでなくても、肉も、魚も、乳製品も、ダメなの?????
白砂糖の害は、上の娘の異変をきっかけに知り、少しずつですが防衛を始めました。
でも、我が家で実践しているのは、白砂糖と真白穀物を減らすことくらい。
パンだって、マクロビオティック的にはよろしくないみたい。粉もの自体避けなきゃならないとか・・・うどん・・・ピザ・・・ナン・・・・・・・パスタ・・・・・・・・・Don't Gooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!
●●学習法とか、●●ダイエットの類は、忠実に実践すれば大きな成果が上がるけど、「できる範囲でそれなりに」取り入れるのでは成果を期待することなんて罰当たりかも・・・これは、外国語の勉強でも食事療法でも共通かな。

---て文言をブログに入力する時点で、マクロビオティック食の効果なんて手にできないのは目に見えてますね(汗)
「(マクロビオティックを)忠実に実行すれば、あなたのお嬢さんは必ずよくなります」
て誰かに言われたら、私はシャカリキになってやる(=マクロビオティック・レシピを学んで実践する)と思います。
でも、私がマクロビオティック料理を必死に作ったところで、「それ食べなきゃならない人だけ食べればいいじゃない」ってのが芝山家。
思い返せば上の娘0歳期に食物アレルギーがわかった時も、家族全員でアレルギー仕様食を食べることはなかった・・・各種試したけど、そして「私はともに食べるぞ」と思ったけど、家族みんなに広まっていかなかった・・・
ミレットの店長さん宅みたいに、「家族全員で」ができない・・・私と当事者だけなら頑張ったり頑張らせたりできても、家族を巻き込む力がまだまだ足りないです。

When my elder daughter got in depression, I was told by a mental doctor that she needed food without sugar and white grains.
It was not so hard to reduce white rice; these days we can get small packs of mixed millets for having with white rice.
But reducing sugar intake is really tough. I use brown sugar more often and cook her homemade meals and snacks more and give her junk foods less, but these are all I can do so far.
She also needs to take protain more especially when she has rice or bread for her meal.
She has chicken egg allergy and loathe fish, as she has a sting in her mouth when eating fish.
When she loses her appetite, she tends to want only rice, bread or sweets.
I must be really careful when she wants something sweet, which makes her more restless and irritated if she takes candy and dessert as much as she likes.
My younger daughter is severely allergic to various kinds of food, such as chicken egg, beef, milk, chocolate.
She has never eaten ice cream or cakes, even for her birthday or Christmas.
All my family can do for entartaining her on her birthdays and at Christmases is eating out where serves foods for people with egg and milk allergy, but these days she herself has been fed up with eating out.
She says "I'd rather be happy if we have my birthday party or Christmas dinner at home, I can have very limited dishes at restraunts."
Last weekend, my children's school nurse told me a website of macrobiotic food shop, where cakes without egg and mild is available.
On its website, there is an essay which says macrobiotic diet revived a boy with brain cancer.
I was stunned when reading it, and I studied the macrobiotic diet theory after that, they made me rather worried.
There are so many food products prohibited!!!!! White rice, meats, fish, milk and dairy products, eggs, sugar are strictly prohibited, row food (even salad!!) and flour products are not acceptable, and the products recommended for macrobiotic diet, like brown rice, whole grains and not sweetened fresh juice are still rare and costly for us to get regularlly.
"It's too ideal for an ordinary mother to excecute at home!!!"
---This is my first impression of the macrobiotic diet theory.
But there ARE someone who actually did it perfectly.
One of them is the shop owner.
I'm not sure I can give macrobiotic diet as perfectly as she did to my family, especially to my husband and mother who has resisted eating anti-allergic foods together since my elder daughter was a baby.
