It is 8:49pm.
Yes, Antonela and I are already in the bed,
the bed we bought at IKEA a few months ago.
Antonela is going through IKEA catalog,
and I just took a warm bath.
This is strangely cold day for April.
Temperature did not go over 50F
or 10C today with very cold wind.
Today we traveled to Fayetteville,
Target, Wal-Mart, TJMAXX, Toysarus, and Burns & Nobles.
We looked around the stores,
but could not find the crib we liked.
The dinner was great...
the fillet stake we bought at Sam's club,
and Antonela made home-made mashed potato.
I love her mashed potatoes...
unfortunately our stakes were over cooked.
400F for 60 minutes mush have killed the soft and tender fillet stake.
(I followed the instruction on a couple of websites, though.)
Next time I will try 450F for 20 mins.

I suggest you fry your steak in a frying pan with butter, maximum heat until the outside is brown and then turn the heat to low, add salt, and cook until juice comes out, then take the steak off the pan and let it sit for 5 minutes before eating.
