Preheat oven to 400. In bowl, mix 1/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons grated Romano cheese, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Brush both sides of 1 pound orange roughy fillets with 1/4 cup melted butter, and dredge in bread crumb mix. Spray baking dish. Arrange fillets in a single layer. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley. Bake 10 to 15 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork.
