Preheat oven to 400. In bowl, mix 1/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons grated Romano cheese, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Brush both sides of 1 pound orange roughy fillets with 1/4 cup melted butter, and dredge in bread crumb mix. Spray baking dish. Arrange fillets in a single layer. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley. Bake 10 to 15 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Preheat oven to 400. Place 4 cups sliced yellow squash and 1/2 cup chopped onion in a large skillet over medium heat. Add a little water. Cook covered 5 minutes, until squash is tender. Drain. Place in a large bowl. In a medium bowl, mix 35 crushed buttery round crackers and 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese. Stir half of the cracker mix into the cooked squash and onions. In a small bowl, mix together 2 beaten eggs and 3/4 cup milk, then add to squash mixture. Stir in 1/4 cup melted butter, and season with salt and pepper. Spread into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cracker mixture, and dot with 2 tablespoons butter. Bake 25 minutes, until lightly browned.

Google presentations make PowerPoint obsolete September 20, 2007
Google has finally added Presentations to their Documents and Spreadsheets, so we no longer need PowerPoint. Hurrah!
Presentations work on FireFox and Camino (and Safari soon).
There are no diagramming tools, but text can be adequately formatted. Photos can be uploaded from your PC (but not from flickr nor Google Image Search) and then resized (but not cropped).
Google shows your presentation online, letting your audience members chat via gtalk, GSS style. But none of my Mac browsers will show a slideshow fullscreen.
