Tricia's favorite easily-prepared comfort food. Not the healthiest thing, but since you make it yourself, you can control the ingredients (discarding chicken skin and using low-fat soup and yogurt) and so make it significantly more healthful than fried chicken.
Boil 4 chicken breasts. Cut up and spread in baking pan. Mix 1 can of chicken or mushroom soup with 8 oz of yogurt or sour cream and spread atop chicken. Crush 1-2 tubes of Ritz and spread atop. Sprinkle poppy seeds. Bake 30 minutes at 350.
